What is a domain name (web address)?

Your domain name is how people will find you on the internet. Your customers use this name and use it to find your website, your products or your services. No two parties can ever hold the exact Web Address simultaneously, your Internet identity is totally unique.

Can I transfer my existing Domain?

Yes, however there may be a small fee involved if you need a DNS Sponsor. Please contact our Customer Support for more information.

Can I upgrade from the 3 page site to the 6 page site?

Yes. Please see our Pricing Page for more information.

Do I get an email account with this service?

Yes. The TX300 Package includes 1 email account, TX600 Package includes up to 5 email accounts. You can check your email online from your website or you can use your current email client by setting up a pop-server. Once you have signed up for an account you will be given more information on this service.

How long will it take to build my site?

The total setup time for a new site is between 2 and 5 days. During this time your domain will be setup. You will also receive a template via email to fill out, this template will contain the information that will be contained on your site.

What credit cards do you accept?

Currently we accept MasterCard and Visa.

What are my billing options?

You can pay by Credit Card online or you can pay by Check via mail. Please note that paying by mail will delay in the creation of your site.

If I have a billing question, what should I do?

If you ever have any questions about billing, please send them to sales@nuclearcow.com. Be sure to include your name that you used to signup on the account with and a telephone number where you can be reached.
