A per-incident service agreement requires the customer to make payments for services each time services are rendered, according to the payment terms defined in the Customer Service Agreement. A pre-paid service agreement allows the customer to make a single initial payment (referred to as a prepaid service-block) from which the cost of all subsequent Service Requests will be deducted.

Whichever method of payment the customer chooses, the customer will be responsible for providing either a purchase order number for each Service Request, or a single purchase order number to be used for all Service Requests covered by the Customer Service Agreement.
